Eberhard Kruger – Director

Eberhard Kruger is an experienced Attorney and Director at Van Zyl Kruger Incorporated, with a strong background in property, commercial and estate planning law. He completed his B. Comm (Law) and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch and the School for Legal Practice at the University of Cape Town. Eberhard was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 2005, and later qualified as a Notary Public and Master Practitioner of Real Estate. In 2016 he co founded Van Zyl Kruger Incorporated, where he provides expert legal guidance on complex property transfers, structured financing, property developments and commercial matters.

Eberhard also offers specialist advice to property developers and estate agents, and is committed to delivering tailored solutions that reflect his clients’ strategic and commercial objectives. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, cricket, travel and spending time with family and friends
