Bronwyn Scholtz – Associate

Bronwyn Scholtz is an Attorney, Notary, Conveyancer and Master Property Practitioner at VZK. She completed her articles with the firm and was admitted as an attorney thereafter, having remained with VZK for nine years. Her primary area of practice is conveyancing, with a particular focus on advising and supporting estate agents in the drafting and structuring of compliant sale agreements.

Bronwyn’s dual qualification as both a Conveyancer and Master Property Practitioner affords her a comprehensive understanding of the property transaction lifecycle, enabling her to guide clients effectively from mandate through to registration. In her capacity as Notary, she further attends to antenuptial contracts and various notarial services.

Bronwyn relocated to Paarl in 2019 with her husband and son, who attends school in the area. She has cultivated a longstanding professional network, working closely with estate agents since 2000 – relationships that continue to underpin her practice and commitment to the property sector.
