Subsequent to completing the degrees B Iuris in 1997 and LLB in 1998, I commenced my law career in February 1999, as a candidate attorney, at the law firm, Heyns and Partners.
I was duly admitted as an attorney by the High Court of South Africa on 9 March 2001.
Subsequent to my admission I commenced practicing as Webster and Associates and subsequently, incorporated and continued practice as AS Webster Inc.
During July 2002, I attended the Chief Military Legal Services School of Military Justice as a reserve force member and successfully completed the Advanced Military Law Course and subsequently as Defense Counsel, practiced in the Military Courts of South Africa as such.
On 15 November 2005, I was certified and enrolled in terms of Section 4(2) of Act 62 of 1995 as an attorney who has the right of Appearance in the High Court.
On 7 September 2005, I was duly examined by the Law Society of the Cape of Good Hope and obtained a Certificate of Proficiency to be admitted as a Conveyancer and was subsequently enrolled as Conveyancer on 3 February 2006.
As a sole proprietor and subsequently as managing director of my law firm, I managed the day to day administration of a law firm, including but not limited to the managing of personnel, the keeping of accounting records, Banking and Finance, the administration of client files and records.
Although I practiced as a general practitioner, the bulk of my practice consisted in the following areas of Civil Litigation in the High and Magistrates’ Court.

MVA &Third party claims for personal injuries
Motion Court, High Court and Magistrate Court
During my years of practicing law, I have acquired a wealth of experience, were from I draw on a daily basis, to benefit and assist clients to the best of my abilities. My interests are sailing and classic Mercedes Benz vehicles, I am a qualified and certified Yacht master.
